The Texas Water Infrastructure Network (TXWIN) is a statewide trade association representing the companies that design, build, supply, and support water infrastructure across Texas.
Based in Austin, TXWIN works with the Texas Legislature, regulatory agencies, municipalities, water authorities, and industry partners to promote sound policy, fair competition, and strong construction markets that support the development of Texas water infrastructure. TXWIN is the only statewide industry association solely dedicated to issues related to water infrastructure construction in Texas.

TXWIN works with organizations across Texas to analyze the condition of water infrastructure systems and identify long-term investment needs.
