Working to Secure the Future of Texas Water

The Texas Water Infrastructure Network (TXWIN) is a statewide trade association representing the companies that design, build, supply, and support water infrastructure across Texas.

Based in Austin, TXWIN works with the Texas Legislature, regulatory agencies, municipalities, water authorities, and industry partners to promote sound policy, fair competition, and strong construction markets that support the development of Texas water infrastructure. TXWIN is the only statewide industry association solely dedicated to issues related to water infrastructure construction in Texas.

Issues

Texas’ growing population, aging infrastructure, and expanding water needs require strong policy, fair procurement, and sustainable investment. TXWIN works with policymakers, agencies, and industry stakeholders to address the issues shaping Texas’ water infrastructure market.
