The Texas Water Infrastructure Network (TXWIN) is a 501(C)(6) trade association
based in Austin, Texas that works directly with the Texas Legislature, funding and regulatory agencies, political subdivisions, and other industry groups to represent and promote the interests of all Texas businesses involved in Texas water construction markets.
TXWIN was founded in 2013 by a group of like-minded Texas general contractors
specializing in the construction of water infrastructure to serve as a voice for the industry on regulatory and legislative issues that impact the development of water
infrastructure markets in Texas. TXWIN has grown to be one of the most influential groups in water infrastructure industry in Texas.
In addition to representing the top Texas General Contractors, TXWIN’s membership has grown to include top national construction and engineering companies, specialty contractors, suppliers, fabricators, manufacturers and construction law firms.
The Texas Water Infrastructure Network (TXWIN) is a member driven organization
that promotes the interests of companies involved in all aspects of the Texas water
infrastructure construction market. TXWIN is the only statewide industry association solely dedicated to issues related to water infrastructure construction in Texas.
TXWIN works with the Texas Legislature, municipalities, water authorities, and regulatory agencies to promote sound policy, best practices, fair competition, and value for public dollars spent on water infrastructure projects.
TXWIN is working to build our state’s water future by creating educational opportunities between all water infrastructure stakeholders including contractors, design professionals, suppliers, manufacturers, water authorities, municipalities, lawmakers, state and federal regulatory agencies, and others concerned about and participating in securing our water future.
